1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing job posts, or submitting an application you accept these terms on behalf of yourself. If you use the platform on behalf of an employer or agency, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to seek overseas employment from Bangladesh. Overseas employment is additionally subject to BMET registration and the labour laws of the destination country — ProbashGami does not guarantee a visa or employment.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or are under investigation for fraud.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the platform you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete information in your profile and applications
• Upload only documents that belong to you — forged documents lead to permanent bans and legal action
• Do not share your account credentials with anyone, including agency staff or middlemen
• Do not use the platform to post fake jobs, harvest candidate data, or impersonate an employer
• Follow the official interview schedule published on this website and ignore unofficial sources

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Applying on behalf of another person
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools on the platform
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or documents
• Harassing or misleading other users, agencies, or staff

5. Job Posts & Agencies

Job posts are published by licensed recruitment agencies and verified employers. ProbashGami screens posts before publication but is not a party to any employment contract. Salary, benefits, and working conditions are as agreed between you, the agency, and the employer.

6. Applications & Interviews

Submitting an application does not guarantee shortlisting or selection. Interview schedules may change — the official schedule on this website always overrides information shared on social media or by individuals. Candidates must bring original documents to interviews as instructed in each notice.

7. Fees & Payments

ProbashGami does not charge candidates for browsing or applying to jobs. Any recruitment-related fees (medical tests, visa processing, smart cards) are payable directly to the relevant agency or government office — never to any individual claiming to represent this platform. Report such demands to us immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProbashGami is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from job applications, agency conduct, travel, or employment decisions. Nothing in these terms limit liabilities that cannot be limited under Bangladeshi law.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or legal requirements — with notice where practical.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
